Grace Neill's Chocolate and Guinness Brownies

Grace Neill's is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest bar in Ireland. It first opened in 1611 as the King's Arms in Donaghadde, County Down, and was renamed in the 19th century for its former landlady, a woman who reportedly greeted all visitors to the inn with a welcoming kiss between puffs on her clay pipe. Today guests at Grace Neill's, which includes a bar and restaurant named Bistro Bistro, often report "sightings" of the woman, which some attribute to one too many servings of these Guinness-spiked brownies.
