IMS Cheese Salad Sandwiches

Yummy cheese salad spread that I got from Jennifer Archer. Love it!

smaller size portions:
2 lbs. (32 oz.) cheese
3 Tbsp. sugar
pinch salt
1/4 cup relish
6 hard boiled eggs
2 2/3 cup salad dressing
1/4 jar pimento
