GRAIN FREE | NUT FREE BUNS

Recipe from scud foodie.com. You can turn a cup upside down to get a uniform circle bun. Or use a muffin cap pan. I just shaped them with my hand and baked them on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Once cooled, I cut them in half with a serrated knife. The texture was dense. My daughter liked the first one she had but lost her enthusiasm when she had them later. Not sure if that was because they weren't fresh or another reason. I used butter the first time. I am going to try coconut oil next. They held up well to make a nice sandwich so I really hope I can create a tasty bun that I can count on!
