Microwave English Muffin Bread

"A recipe for delicate English muffin bread that's baked in your microwave! You might also try adding about 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 cup of raisins to a batch. Since this loaf is "baked" in the microwave, there's no browning. I shot a picture of the actual loaf, but since it was deathly white, the picture was unappealing. So I decided to slice and toast it."
