Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cored and cut into florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan
- Coarse salt and pepper
- Topping
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- Paprika for dusting
- optional
- butter to dot top of cauliflower
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl whisk heavy cream,flour and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Add cauliflower and toss to combine
2. Transfer mixture to a 2 qt baking dish, cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes
3. Remove cauliflower from oven, sprinkle with parmesan and paprika.Optional - Dot with butter.Bake uncovered, until topping is golden brown and cauliflower is tender when pierced with a knife. 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool for 5 inutes prior to serving
NOTE: Recipe can be doubled. This is one of my vegetable dishes for Thanks giving...
