Ingredients

  • 1

    large head cauliflower, cored and cut into florets

  • 1

    cup heavy cream

  • 1

    tablespoon flour

  • 3/4

    cup grated parmesan

  • Coarse salt and pepper

  • Topping

  • 1/4

    cup grated parmesan

  • Paprika for dusting

  • optional

  • butter to dot top of cauliflower

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl whisk heavy cream,flour and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Add cauliflower and toss to combine 2. Transfer mixture to a 2 qt baking dish, cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes 3. Remove cauliflower from oven, sprinkle with parmesan and paprika.Optional - Dot with butter.Bake uncovered, until topping is golden brown and cauliflower is tender when pierced with a knife. 10 to 15 minutes.
