Breakfast Sausage Bars

  • 1 roll Pillsbury croissant rolls
  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage
  • 5 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • cheddar cheese to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Press croissant dough in the bottom and sides of a 8x8 pan. Brown 1 lb. of breakfast sausage. Whip 5 eggs together and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until the eggs are done on 350 (about 15-20 minutes). Cut and enjoy! No fork needed.
