Rosemary Mini Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Small bags of mini potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Wash your potatoes and then parboil until almost tender. When done, drain them, drizzle with touch of olive oil. Sprinkle over salt, pepper & rosemary. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 25 minutes
