Sausage Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Kielbasa
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2-3 large potatoes, cubed
  • 1 small can chopped green chiles
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/2 tsp gariic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In large pot brown sausage slices and chopped onion. Add potatoes and water just to cover. Bring to a boil,cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Add chiles, corn, half and half, seasonings. Heat on low until soup is steaming; do not boil. Serve with crusty bread.
