Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground peppercorn medley
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together in a small bowl. Spoon into a small covered jar.
Rub 1 to 2 teaspoon spice mix onto 1 lb. skinless chicken or fish fillets. Grill or broil as desired.
