Ingredients
- 1 Tb olive oil
- 2 T fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 T fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 T salsa
- 1 lb fish fillets
- corn tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lime juice, salt, pepper and cilantro. Marinade fish over night.
Remove fish from marinade and grill until cooked through.
