SIDE DISH - Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 cup sliced potatoes
  • 3 T butter
  • 3 T flour
  • 3 cups hot milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Add flour and seasoning, mix into hot milk. Pour over sliced potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours.
