Ingredients
- ◦2-4 Chicken Breasts
- ◦3 Garlic Cloves, smashed and chopped
- ◦1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
- ◦1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- ◦1/2 cup Ketchup
- ◦1/3 cup Honey
- ◦2 cups carrots (or choice of veggie)
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in gallon size ziplock. Seal bag and place in freezer. Thaw overnight in fridge. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
