Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 16 oz can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16 oz can cream style corn
- 9 oz jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients,adding muffin mix last. Pour into ungreased pan.
Bake at 375 degrees or 35 to 40 minute.
