Mushroom Strip Steaks

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless New York strip steaks about 1/2 pound each
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 can (10 1/2oz) condensed French Onion Soup
  • 1 jar (6oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook steaks in oil for 4-6 minutes on each side. Drain.

Top each steak with the soup, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.

Cover and cook 2-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
