Ingredients
- 1 lb. white fish of choice (flounder, Mahi mahi, tuna, etc)
- 1 1/2 Tbs. butter
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbs. fresh dill, chopped
- lemon slices for flavor
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add dill, lemon juice and onion. Add fish, cover and cook 8-10 minutes- basting occasionally until fish flakes easily.
Arrange fish and sacue on a warm platter. Garnish with lemon slices.
