Ingredients
- 4 tbsp clarified butter
- 4 tablespoons chopped onions
- 4 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 8 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons dry white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons cold butter
Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic and onion in clarified butter util transparent. Add lemon juice, white wine and seasonings. Simmer 2-3 minutes to reduce liquid. Remove from heat and stir in cold butter until sauce is smooth and emulsified.
