Egg Noodles with Chicken Paprika

Ingredients

  • 1/2 375g. pkg. with egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter over medium heat. Saute chicken with mushrooms, onion and garlic for 10 mins. Stir in flour and paprika, cook 1 min. Gradually add broth, cook and stir until thickened. Simmer covered 5 mins. Cook noodles. Stir sour cream into chicken sauce, remove from heat. Serve chicken over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
