Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pastry shell
  • 6- 8 oz crab
  • 3/4 cup grated swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup whipping cream or half and half
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cover the pastry shell with foil and bade at 450 for 5 minutes
Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.

Sprinkle cheese and cover with crab.
Mix eggs cream and seasonigns.
Pour over cesse and bake at 375 for about 1 hour.
