Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic
- Proscuitto or Pancetta
- 1 tbs chopped parsley
- 2 tbs onion
- 75 ml white wine
- Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- Penne
Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute onion, garlic, and proscuitto
2. Glaze with wine and reduce
3. Add cream and reduce until thick enough to coat pasta
4. Cook penne in sauce for 2 minutes
5. Season
6. Add tomatoes and parsley, cook for 1 minute
7. Separate egg yolk and place on top
8. Break yolk and swirl at table
