  • Proscuitto or Pancetta

    tbs chopped parsley

    tbs onion

    ml white wine

  • Cream

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Penne

Directions

1. Saute onion, garlic, and proscuitto 2. Glaze with wine and reduce 3. Add cream and reduce until thick enough to coat pasta 4. Cook penne in sauce for 2 minutes 5. Season 6. Add tomatoes and parsley, cook for 1 minute 7. Separate egg yolk and place on top 8. Break yolk and swirl at table
