Ingredients
- 2 lbs green beans, trimmed and halved on the diagonal
- 2 T honey
- 2 T butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp grated orange zest
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beans in a pot of boiling salted water until tender crisp – about 4 minutes. Drain. Melt butter and honey in same pan over medium heat. Add beans, pecans, cranberries and orange zest, tossing to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
