Stewed Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts tomatoes--cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 3/8 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt--non iodized

Preparation

Step 1

Bring to boil, simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into bottles and pressure cook between 12 to 13 pounds for 45 minutes--45 was cold pack time maybe less when pressuring.
