Ingredients
- 2 quarts tomatoes--cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 3/8 cup chopped celery
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt--non iodized
Preparation
Step 1
Bring to boil, simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into bottles and pressure cook between 12 to 13 pounds for 45 minutes--45 was cold pack time maybe less when pressuring.
