Cream of Chicken & Cheese Soup

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup chopped celery
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup diced or thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup diced chicken


Servings 4


Step 1

Combine broth, onions, celery and carrots; bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer until vegetables are just tender (about 10 minutes). Gradually stir in condensed soup and milk. Add chicken and cheese. Heat (stirring often) until cheese melts and soup is hot. Do not boil.
