Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream chesse
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp.horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper
  • 6 1/2 oz. well-drained lump crab meat
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Melt butter and add bread crumbs. Heat through so all bread crumbs are well-coated
Mix together all other ingredients and spread into an 8" pie plate.
Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with crackers.
