Ingredients
- 1 cup Clams, minced
- 2 Tbsp Clam Juice
- 1 cup Reduced-fat Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Reduced-fat Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Low-sodium Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese, clam juice, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Beat ingredients until smooth. Mix in clams, garlic, parsley and ground pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve chilled.
