Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 lbs of baby back ribs 2-3 racks cut into 8 pieces
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 4 scallions

Step 1
1. Combine all ingredient, 250 degrees for 4 hours
