Ingredients
- 2 (med) cans sweet potatoes, drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 stick butter
- Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- half a bag of mini marshmellows
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mash potatoes, add the eggs, then rest of ingredients.
3. Put topping on and bake for 25 min.
