Ingredients

  • 8 ozs uncooked small pasta shells (about 2 2/3 c)
  • 1 lb peeled & deveined cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 c frozen peas, thawed
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c minced fresh parsley
  • 1 c mayo
  • 1 c plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 2 T snipped fresh dill
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Drain; rinse with cold water & drain again.

In lg bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, peas, green onions & parsley. MIX remaining ingredients; stir into pasta mixture. Refrigerate covered, at least 2 hrs.
