Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp mint leaves (or mint jelly)
- pepper and little salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and serve on salmon just before serving.
Sauce may be made ahead of time.
