Creamy Salmon Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
• 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp horseradish
• 2 tbsp mint leaves (or mint jelly)
• pepper and little salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and serve on salmon just before serving.
Sauce may be made ahead of time.
