Ingredients

• 2 cups(4 sticks) unsalted butter at room temperature
• 6 cups confectioners sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• pinch of salt

Step 1

Beat butter with a mixer on med. speed until creamy, 1 to 2 minutes. Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well and scraping down sides of bowl after each addition. beat in vanilla and salt
