Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed cooked potato
- 1/2 cup celery slices
- 14 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons diced green onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese - (8 oz) softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine potatoes, celery, green peppers, onions and salt. Mix lightly
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk, mixing until well blended. Add to potato mixture. Mix lightly. Chill.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
