Ingredients
- 16 oz. can pumpkin
- 2 TBS butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2/3 cup half & half
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Cook onion until soft. Add pumpkin and broth. Bring to boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add soup. Puree with food processor. Return to pan. Stir in half & half and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Heat slowly, stirring periodically.
