Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Italian 5 cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup real bacon bits
  • 2 lbs. small red potatoes (about 9) quartered
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350F

Mix first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat.


Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.

Bake 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender, uncovering after 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
