Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 1 double pie crust recipe
- 21 oz. cherry pie filling
- 16 oz. whole cranberry sauce
- 3 T. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 T. corn syrup
- 3-4 tsp. water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix pie filling, cranberry sauce & cornstarch; spread in bottom crust. Add top crust & flute. Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Mix glaze ingredients & pour over warm pie. Cool completely.
