- 2 CUPS CORN, DRAINED
- 2 EGGS, BEATEN
- 4 TBSP FLOUR
- 2 TSP SUGAR
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1 TBSP BUTTER
Preparation
Step 1
MIX FLOUR INTO CORN; ADD SUGAR AND SALT. TO WELL BEATEN EGGS, ADD BUTTER, CORN MIXTURE, AND MILK. POUR INTO GREASED CASSEROLE AND BAKE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL BROWN, ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
