Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teas Kosher salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle the salt over the garlic on a chopping board and finely mince the garlic. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thickens.
