Weight Watcher's Cheese and Ham Quiche


A delicious quiche. Cut it into four pieces and is worth only two points. Great for breakfast or lunch.

Weight Watcher's Cheese and Ham Quiche 0 Picture


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 oz turkey ham, diced
  • 4 oz canned mushrooms
  • 1/2 c evaporated skim milk
  • 1/4 teas onion powder
  • salt and pepper


Servings 4


Step 1

Put diced ham in the bottom of a sprayed pie plate. Sprinkle cheese on top of ham and put mushrooms on top of the ham. Mix together the 4 eggs, onion powder, salt and pepper. Beat well. Pour slowly over ham and cheese in pie plate. Bake at 325 til set about 30-45 min. Cut into 4 slices.
