Paleo Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

  • 2 Cups gluten free oats
  • 1 1/3 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 scoops whey powder
  • 2 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp sugar or sugar substitute
  • 6 tbl dark chocolate chips



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Blend Oats to a flour
Add all other ingredients except Chocolate chips
Spray muffin tins
Makes about 9 muffins
Top with chocolate chips
Bake 20-25 minutes
Better to eat the next day
