cinnamon roasted cauliflower

  • 1 medium size head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp evoo
  • 3 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt



Step 1

preheat oven to 400 degrees.
slice cauliflower into bite size pieces, about 1 inch across. place cauliflower in a large bowl and coat evenly with evoo.
In small bowl, combine cornmeal, cinnamon and sea salt. sprinkle evenly onto cauliflower and toss with your hands until cauliflower is coated.
transfer cauliflower to ungreased baking sheet, flat sides down.
bake for 40 minutes without flipping or until crispy and browned on edges and bottoms.
