Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 pd ground beef
- 2 tbs cooking oil
- 2 celery stalks shredded
- 1 med carrot shredded
- 2 green onions
- 1 sm pkg cellophane noodles
- 1 tsp taipan sesame oil
- 2 cl garlic
- 2 ginger sliced
- 1 tbs hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 c broth
- Thickening Agent
- 1 tsp tapoca starch
- 1/2 c water
Preparation
Step 1
Separate Lettuce
Heat wok with oil
Stir fry meat for 2 mins
Add celery, carrot, rest of ingredients except thickening
Mix well until done 2-3 mins
Add agent and place on platter
