Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 4 Tb margarine
  • 3 boxes frozen butternut squash
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy milk

Preparation

Step 1

Saute chopped onion in margarine.
Add butternut squash.
Cook for 1/2 hour.
Puree.
Add soy milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste
