Ingredients
- 1 * 32 OZ BAG THAWED HASH BROWNED POTATOES
- 2 * 8 OZ CAR sour cream
- 1/2 cup CHOPPED onions
- 3/4 cup MELTED butter
- 1 * CAN CR. OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1 cup SHREDDED cheddar cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE ONION AND 1/2 CUP BUTTER. THEN ADD TO SOUP, SOUR CREAM, AND CHEESE.
THEN ADD TO POTATOES. POUR IN GREASED 2 1/2 QT. CASSEROLE.
MIX 1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER AND BREAD CRUMBS. SPRINKLE OVER TOP.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 50 MINUTES.
