Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2/3 c. fine breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp. minced parsley
  • a dash each of cayenne & paprika
  • 1/2 c. sherry cooking wine
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. cooked shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream the butter and add salt, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, cayenne, paprika, and sherry wine.

2. Divide 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. cooked shrimp in a low pan and top with crumb mixture.

3. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
