Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2/3 c. fine breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp. minced parsley
- a dash each of cayenne & paprika
- 1/2 c. sherry cooking wine
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. cooked shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream the butter and add salt, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, cayenne, paprika, and sherry wine.
2. Divide 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. cooked shrimp in a low pan and top with crumb mixture.
3. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
