Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 c. Baked, peeled sweet potatoes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/3 c. Milk
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 1 c. Pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter and milk. Mix until smooth and place in baking dish. Sprinkle topping over sweet potatoes and bake at 350 until bubbly.
