Cream Sauce with Tomato & Shrimp

This sauce is best served with Linguine.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 8 oz chopped shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

Toss this sauce with 1 pound cooked pasta.

In a large skillet, stir tomato paste into the butter and salt; add shrimp and cook until opaque, then add the cream.
