Cheddar Broccoli Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 tsp each salt & pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz)condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups instant long-grain white rice
  • 2 oz shredded cheddar cheese (1/2 cup)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Mix remaining ingredients except shredded cheese; put in slow cooker. Add chicken.

3. Cook on low 8 hours. Sprinkle cheese over top; cover and let sit 10 minutes before serving.
