Ingredients
- 3 pounds assorted small potatoes, halved
- 3/4 cup assorted chopped fresh herbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Bring potatoes and salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until tender; drain. Toss potatoes with chopped fresh herbs, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and minced garlic.
