Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 5 oz smoked salmon chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tsp horseradish
- Hot pepper sauce
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, combine cream cheese, salmon, chives, whipping cream, lemon juice and horseradish.
Transfer to a serving dish and season to taste with hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or for up to 3 days.
