Chicken and Lemon Soup

  • 1 large chicken
  • celery
  • carrotts
  • 1 pack lipton chicken soup(without the noodles)
  • water
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • 1/2 c. orzo
  • 3 eggs (separated)
  • 11/2-2 lemons

Preparation

Step 1

Make chicken soup. Remove Chicken and vegetables. When soup is done add orzo and cook until tender.

Beat egg whites. Add yolks. Slowly add lemon juice. Add a little broth to temper the egg sauce. Pour egg mixture in remaining broth stirring over low heat.
